Terms of Service for Reorderify

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Reorderify, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

Reorderify helps users organize product boards and reorder products through affiliate-enabled links to merchant websites. You are responsible for your final purchase decisions on merchant sites.

3. Affiliate Disclosure

Reorderify partners with Amazon, Target, and Sephora and may earn affiliate commission on products purchased through Reorderify boards and links.

4. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in and connected extension access secure. You agree not to attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you add to Reorderify (such as board names, notes, and saved items). You grant us permission to host and process that content solely to operate and improve Reorderify.

6. Public and Shared Boards

If you set a board to public or enable link access, your board content may be viewed by others. Do not include sensitive personal data in content you choose to share.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Violating applicable laws.
Attempting to disrupt or abuse Reorderify systems.
Using Reorderify to infringe others' rights.
Scraping or reverse engineering Reorderify in unauthorized ways.

8. Third-Party Services

Reorderify links to third-party merchant sites. We do not control those sites, their prices, inventory, checkout behavior, or policies.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Reorderify is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Stormhelm Labs LLC disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of Reorderify.

10. Termination

You may stop using Reorderify at any time and can delete your account through profile settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version with an updated effective date.
