• Board and pin data, including board names, notes, product links, affiliate links, and product images.

• Usage events, including product click events and board view/click analytics.
• Basic technical metadata, such as user-agent strings for certain events.
• Extension pairing/authentication records needed to connect and secure the browser extension.

• Support your queue and reorder flows.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

We may share data only as needed with service providers that help us operate Reorderify (for example, hosting and auth).

When you click reorder links, you are sent to third-party merchant sites (Amazon, Target, Sephora), which apply their own privacy policies.

Public and Shared Boards

If you mark a board public or enable link access, board information and pin details in that board may be visible to others. Keep private information out of board titles and notes.

Affiliate Relationships

Reorderify participates in affiliate programs with Amazon, Target, and Sephora. We may earn affiliate commissions on products purchased through boards and reorder links.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request account deletion from your profile settings, which removes account data associated with your Reorderify account.
